We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:

  1. Delivery Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address and other factors beyond our control.
  2. Shipping Charges: We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 300 for all orders. This amount is to be paid in advance at the time of placing your order.
  3. Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress.
  4. Shipping Locations: We currently deliver to all over Pakistan. If you are outside of our shipping zone, please contact us at hello@perfumelab.pk for further assistance.
  5. Damaged or Lost Orders: In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@perfumelab.pk. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
